How our services work?
eNewsDepot allows you to create email marketing messages and send to your lists. We only accept customers with established businesses who plan to use the system for permission-based marketing.
When people receiving your email unsubscribe to your list, you cannot send them another email, ever. Our system has been designed to prevent that.
Before using our services, please carefully read our terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
As a user of eNewsDepot services you agree
- To use the eNewsDepot services to send email messages to people you already have a relationship with or who have accepted, through an opt-in process to receive email messages from you.
- Not to use our system for sending inappropriate (pornographic materials, racial/discriminatory or other offensive materials) messages. Your account will be terminated and your subscription fees will NOT be refunded
- Not to use false or misleading information
- Not to use deceptive subject heading
- To delete the people in the unsubscribe (black) list from your database and not to send them another email.
Simply stated, we do not tolerate spam. You must use relevant subject text and provide a link to your own web site.
Your account will be terminated with no refund if you violate any of the known anti-spam rules (CAN-SPAM LAW).
What to do if you receive a spam sent to you using our system?
Please forward the message to us along with the name of the offending company. Try unsubscribing to the list. Our system is designed not to allow the users to send more than one message to a person unless that person wishes to receive email from the sender. The users of our system do not have control over this. That is, once you unsubscribe, we will block them from sending you another message.
