
STEP 1: Import your list
Our file import system is very similar to most spreadsheet import facilities including Excel. You can read a CSV
(comma delimited file) into your eNewsDepot account. The system will allow you to customize the way your data is
read through
- Field separator
- String delimiter
- Whether the first row contains field names
- Location of the list on your computer
STEP 2: Select from templates
Once your list is read, you can move to the next step of selecting from our 3 general templates.
- A single news or product announcement
- A 4 product template
- A newsletter with 6 different articles
Alternatively, we can develop your own template that matches your corporate identity and include it in your list of
templates.
STEP 3: Upload data
Each predefined section of the template is now waiting for you to fill in. A wizard takes you through each step. You
can preview your work any time. Please note that your data is not saved until you reach the end of this process. If
you are happy with the message and how it appears, you can save it. Otherwise, you can go back and modify your
input or select a different template
STEP 4: Define schedule
eNewsDepot allows you to schedule your broadcasting operation. We suggest that you plan your campaigns with
a reasonable time separation in order to prevent the system from being overloaded.
STEP 5: Outgoing
messages list
You can now see all of your messages that are ready for sending. You can manually send each message, send
each message according to its own schedule or send them all together.
eNewsDepot provides you with complete statistics on the success of your campaign.
